About

Dr Lucrecia Grandolini is an organisational psychologist, leadership advisor and facilitator with over 15 years of international experience helping leaders navigate complexity, strengthen organisational culture and turn insight into meaningful action.

Her work explores a central question: how can leaders create the conditions for people and organisations to thrive amid uncertainty?

Formerly Global Head of Learning at Investec, Lucrecia led the learning and leadership strategy for 8,500 employees, building development programmes that strengthened leadership readiness, supported succession and developed capabilities for the future of work. She also partnered with senior executives on organisational change, culture, and AI and data learning.

Drawing on a career spanning management consulting at Deloitte, senior corporate leadership and clinical psychology, she combines commercial understanding with deep insight into human behaviour. Today, she designs and facilitates executive workshops, leadership programmes and team interventions for global organisations and business schools, including ABB, Boehringer Ingelheim, NN Group, IE Business School and Nyenrode Business University. Her approach brings together research, dialogue and practical experimentation, helping leaders question assumptions, build trust and respond more thoughtfully to change.

Lucrecia holds a doctorate in Learning and Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics, both awarded with distinction. She also holds a BA in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Católica Argentina, where she graduated summa cum laude. Her doctoral research examined how senior leaders navigate uncertainty and turn it into opportunities for learning, growth and innovation. She is also a co-author of books on human skills, leadership and organisational change.
